Facial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift and Gua Sha Face Lift Massage are wonderful treatments for relaxation and rejuvenation of the face.
I use the Bergman method which has been developed over the last 20 years and use a specially formulated crystal infused zone face lift elixir containing a beautiful blend of scented essential oils. It feels wonderful on the face and smells amazing.
Facial Reflexology focuses on reflex pressure points on the face which help to stimulate the body’s healing mechanisms and help improve circulation and nerve conduction, encouraging release of toxins from the body via the lymphatic system. As well as being relaxing and promoting well being, facial reflexology can be helpful with facial muscle tension which noticeably softens and lifts the face.
It also can help with TMJ issues, tinnitus, Bell’s palsy, migraines, sinus problems and hayfever symptoms.

Zone Face Lift is a credible alternative to botox and fillers to naturally lift the face and promote wellbeing. The treatment starts with hot towels and facial reflexology. This is followed by facial massage and lifting techniques using specialist facial tools including gua sha, rollers and crystals which also smooth the face.
The zone face lift range of products are used during the treatment, which were specifically designed for zone face lift professionals. They feel wonderful on the skin and smell divine. Facial cupping can also be added as an option to the zone face lift treatment for an extra boost.
Zone Face lift can be effective even with a single appointment but a 12 week programme option is available as a transformative journey inside and out for the ultimate results.
Gua Sha Face Lift Massage is an alternative treatment option for natural face lift which works both reflexology and acupressure points and uses various gua sha stones and crystals to massage and lift the face. The cranial lift add on option also works with gua sha and a jade stone comb into the hair and scalp for added relaxation and lift.

Typical Reflexology Session
A foot reflexology appointment involves massage and pressure application treatment to the feet. You can choose to sit back or lie on a couch with your socks and shoes off. During and after the treatment you will experience a very relaxing and calming feeling.
Single appointments are available to aid general wellbeing, or a course of treatments (approximately four sessions) may help with particular condition/s.
I offer a complementary 15-minute consultation prior to your first treatment to explain reflexology and assess medical conditions and lifestyle. I use this to help plan the best treatment for you. All information will be kept confidential.
